Holmen Locker & Meat Market History
Holmen Locker began in the 1940’s as a meat processing plant for local farmers. In 1996 Holmen Locker was purchased by the current owners, Scott and Lauri Stettler. Holmen Locker and Meat Market has two distinct areas. On one side is the processing and smokehouse area. The other side houses the retail market area, which was completed in 2004. Inside the market you’ll find a wide variety of fresh meats and cheeses, microbrew beers, wines, specialty foods, gift baskets and house wares.
